AI consulting · Data integration · Process efficiency

Your business already has the data. You need a plan.

I connect the systems you already run on, put AI where it actually pays for itself, and find the hours your team loses to copy, paste and spreadsheets. Then I build it, not just recommend it.

01 / MAP

Find the waste

I sit with how the work really gets done and list every manual step, re-keyed number and report someone builds by hand.

02 / CONNECT

Wire the data

Accounting, bookings, ads, email, your EMR or warehouse. Pulled into one place, automatically.

03 / BUILD

Ship the fix

Dashboards, automations and AI tools your team uses on day one. Working software, not a slide deck.

04 / HAND OVER

Keep it running

Checks that go red when something breaks, plain docs, and nothing you're locked into.

Three things, done properly.

Most "AI projects" fail because the data underneath is scattered. I fix that part first, so everything built on top of it holds up.

AI consulting

Where AI earns its keep in your business, where it doesn't, and what it costs to run, down to the cent per use.

  • Ask-your-data assistants
  • Document and inbox automation
  • AI search visibility for your brand
  • Guardrails for regulated industries

Connecting data

One source of truth from the tools you already pay for, including the ones that swear they have no API.

  • QuickBooks, Sheets, CRMs, ad platforms
  • Booking systems and EMRs
  • Data warehouses (Redshift, Postgres)
  • Live dashboards across every location

Process efficiency

Find the recurring, manual, error-prone work and make it disappear. Measured before and after.

  • Month-end and reporting automation
  • Referral and backlog tracking
  • Scheduling and calendar capture
  • Workflow audits with a costed plan
Selected work

Things I've actually built.

Clients kept anonymous. Every one of these is running software, not a proposal.

Multi-location finance

A live P&L for a seven-clinic veterinary group

QuickBooks for every clinic flows into one dashboard: profit and loss plus balance sheet, by location, refreshed with a click. 71 accounting checks have to balance before a single number is shown.

QuickBooks→Google Sheets→Live dashboard
Healthcare operations

An endoscopy clinic's ops dashboard, with zero patient data on a server

The owner drags in their EMR exports and gets referral flow, the unbooked backlog, procedure volume and why patients cancel. Everything runs in the browser, so health information never leaves their machine.

Accuro EMR exports→In-browser decrypt→Ops dashboard
Platform

A clinic intelligence platform that plugs into whatever the clinic already uses

Ad spend, email campaigns, bookings, invoicing and accounting in one view for allied-health and specialty clinics, with an assistant on every page that answers questions in plain English. Give it warehouse credentials and it discovers the schema and writes its own queries. When a data feed goes wrong, a health page says so loudly instead of quietly showing a bad number. It caught a live Google Ads reporting bug the week it launched.

AI search

Tracking how AI answers talk about healthcare brands

A product that asks AI search the questions real patients ask, measures who gets recommended, and writes content briefs to close the gap. Built to be regulator-safe, with every claim tied to a measurement.

AI answers→Visibility scores→Content briefs
Personal automation

Screenshot anything, get a task or calendar event

One button on the phone turns a screenshot of an email, flyer or text into a calendar event or task, added automatically. Costs under one cent per capture to run.

Senior care

A voice companion for long-term care residents

Tap to talk, a warm voice that remembers life stories, medication reminders, and a staff portal that flags changes in wellbeing. Hard guardrails keep it from giving medical advice.

Speech→Claude + guardrails→Voice + staff portal
Small but mighty

A monthly PDF, turned into a page anyone can read

A retirement home publishes its activity calendar as a dense monthly PDF. Now it becomes a large-print page for each day, automatically. The best automation is often this small.

Calendar PDF→Parser→Large-print daily page

Systems I've connected.

If your team logs into it, there's usually a way to get the data out. Including the tools with no official integration.

How I build.

01

Every number is traceable

Each figure on a dashboard comes from real data, a cited source, or a clearly labeled assumption. If the books don't balance, it doesn't ship.

02

Your data stays yours

Sensitive data stays in your environment wherever possible. Patient information can be processed without ever touching my servers.

03

Built to be handed over

Automated checks that go red when something breaks, documentation a new hire can follow, and no lock-in. You own the code.

About

Consultant, builder, the guy with the plan.

Most consultants hand you a recommendation and leave. Most developers build exactly what you asked for, even when it's the wrong thing. I do both halves: figure out what will actually move the needle, then build it and put it in your hands.

A lot of my work is in healthcare and multi-location businesses, where the data is spread across a booking system, an accounting package, an EMR and five spreadsheets nobody trusts. That's the mess I like.

"The first version of the plan is always: find out where the time is actually going."

Tell me what's slow. I'll come back with a plan.

A 30-minute call, free. You describe the process that eats your week, and I tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing and what it would take.
